How to Claim Your Money Back:

  1. Initiating a Return: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email our customer care at support@primalattraction.com with the subject "Return Request" or fill out our contact form here, letting us know you would like to return your order and request a refund. Please give us the email you  ordered with and order number. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  2. Return Process: Once your request is approved, return the product in its original packaging via a trackable mail service within 30 days from the date of delivery to the address provided by our customer care representative.

  3. Invalid Claims: Claims that are incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible will be deemed invalid.

  4. Refund Processing: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@primalattraction.com.

Multiple Refunds & Multiple Items Refund Policy

  • To prevent fraud, Primal Attraction limits all returns to up to 3 items per customer.
  • Returns beyond 3 items per customer may only be exchanged for another product.
  • Primal Attraction reserves the right to refuse additional returns or refunds if a customer has previously abused the policy.

International Refund and Returns Policy (Outside of the USA)

  • All international sales are final and ineligible for a refund.
  • Partial refunds for international orders will be determined on an individual basis.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders canceled before fulfillment are entitled to a full refund.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We are not responsible for damages occurring after delivery or during subsequent handling or usage. If your product is returned damaged, we are unable to issue a full refund.

Failed Deliveries

  • Returned packages due to the customer's unavailability or incorrect shipping information may incur additional shipping costs for re-shipment.

Restrictions:

  • We will provide and pay for a return label if the error (incorrect or defective item) is on our part.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Packages lost by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund. Contact the carrier directly in such cases.
  • Orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking cannot be refunded if the item is not located.

Bad Addresses and Mishandled Shipments:

  • If we cannot process your order due to an incorrect address and do not receive a timely correction, we reserve the right to hold your product.
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error are non-refundable.
